1. Exchanges and store credit only

at theone22denim, we do not offer cash refunds. however , we gladly offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items.

​You may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the items meet the conditions below.

2. eligibility requirements

to be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

• items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

• items must have all original tags and packaging intact.

• hair must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in its original packaging with the bundle ties still intact.

items that show signs of wear and tear, alteration, or damage (not caused by us) will not be accepted.

4. how to request an exchange or store credit

to start your request:

1. email us with your order number and reason for exchange.

2. we will provide instructions and a return authorization if your item qualifies.

3. once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your exchange or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.

customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless item is defective or incorrect.
